MEET THE FOUNDERS

Kristine Hall earned her BA in business management from UNCW in 1997. She started her career in Miami in 1998 with Guerra Marketing.
In 2006, Kristine established Full Circle Events, where she led a team of 50 event professionals, catering events for high-net-worth individuals across the globe.

In 2008, Kristine partnered with Tony Rajeh in Luxury Rentals Miami Beach and was responsible for driving a new inventory pipeline, owner relationships and other business development activities.

Since joining, Kristine has helped grow the portfolio of luxury residences and made LRMB a dominant player in the vacation rental industry in Miami Beach. Kristine is also a registered Broker in the state of Florida.

Tony earned a Swiss Diploma in Hotel Management in 2001 from Institut Hotelier Cesar Ritz in Switzerland, followed by a bachelor’s degree in hospitality management from Florida International University. He started his career in the hospitality industry in Miami, where he spent 4 years serving clients and focusing on hotel operations in various roles.

In 2007, Tony founded Luxury Rentals Miami Beach (LRMB) as a high-end vacation rental company. Tony grew the portfolio from a handful of units to 85 luxury properties with a portfolio value of $250m+. Tony spends most of his time ensuring operational excellence, client servicing and marketing activities. In 2014, the company expanded to Europe with our venture, Luxury Rentals Worldwide (LRWW), partnering with Property managers in Croatia, Greece, Spain, and France.

Tony is recognized in the industry for his achievements and is a frequent guest lecturer at universities focusing on hospitality and vacation rental.
